- We accept a variety of different payment cards which include Visa, Visa Electron, Switch, Maestro. Unfortunately you are unable to pay in any other way via our online store apart from PayPal.
- When paying by card online you must state the name as it appears on the card, the card holders address and the 3 digit security code on the reverse of the card. If any of these fields are completed incorrectly we will not be able to process your order.
- Sticky Wicket Cricket Co provides a safe and secure online payment process and does not store any records of your credit card details. Orders placed on our website are done entirely at your own risk.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with the goods we have provided you, we offer a 5 day period where you are entitled to a complete money back guarantee or an exchange of item (not including postage fee), providing the goods are returned to us in the original packaging and that they have not been used in any way and that any further postage costs are met by yourself.
- Faulty goods – should you feel that you have received faulty goods, we will once again refund your money or offer you an alternative product upon inspection of the item if you return them within 5 days of receipt. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or everyday wear and tear.
- Bumps, Dents, Scratches – Manufacturing ‘flaws’ with wooden stumps from our manufacturers, Kookaburra Readers Ltd or any other manufacturers we use are sometimes common place and therefore Sticky Wicket Cricket Co. cannot accept responsibility for these. Our vinyl wraps cover these ‘flaws’ but they may show up under the vinyl material itself. When purchasing stumps from Sticky Wicket Cricket Co. you understand these errors may occur and accept the faults and ‘flaws’ from our manufacturer(s) product(s) and therefore Sticky Wicket Cricket Co. will not replace or refund for these errors. Sticky Wicket Cricket Co. may offer a discount voucher for future products this is under our discretion.
- Overlapping of print – print overlapping of vinyl wraps will occur and will range between 2-5mm on one side of the stump. This is to ensure decent fitting and to stop the wrap from peeling away. Laminated products will in time begin to recede due to the nature of the material and therefore stump wraps will degrade over time and sun exposure
- Please note that we are unable to exchange goods or give refunds after 5 days of receipt unless there is a fault with the product and our manufacturers agrees to replace the product under their own warranty systems in place.
- Any information that you provide to us is used solely to verify your order and process your payment. We do not pass on your contact information to any other company.
